The Club's swim facilities include a 100,000-gallon swimming
pool, along with a wading pool. Both pools are heated and open Memorial Day
Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Swim lessons are available by Red Cross
certified instructors.

11 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Closed Mondays.

Swimming Pool Rules
-
The use of the swimming pool at Picacho Hills
Country Club is restricted to members of PHCC, their
immediate family and their guests.

The Management will announce the opening
and closing dates of the pool, the days and times the pool will be open,
and the times allocated for private parties.

Conduct at the pool must be such as to
provide the greatest safety for all members and their guests. The Swimming
Director is given full authority to enforce the swimming pool rules and
regulations. In his absence, the lifeguards have full authority.

Profanity of any kind will NOT be
tolerated.

Running or scuffling in the pool area is
prohibited. No spitting water in the pool will be permitted. There will be
no horseplay in the pool, or pool area.

All members and guests MUST register
before entering the pool area. A $5.00 charge will be made for guests and
they MUST BE accompanied by the member inviting them.

No person shall enter the pool at any
unauthorized time or when a lifeguard is not on duty.

The pool is officially closed when a sign
is posted.

NO swimmers are allowed on the putting
green or golf course.

Children under 8 and all children who
cannot swim at all times must be attended by a parent or other adult
person 18 years or older.

No playing on fences, pool ladders, or
ropes.

No glass in the pool area at any time.

No food or beverages are permitted in the
pool area unless purchased from the club. Ice chests or coolers are not
allowed in the pool area.

No cut-offs or shorts allowed in pools.
Bathing suits ONLY.

In case of an emergency or inclement
weather, the pool must be cleared immediately. A long whistle blast will
indicate emergency.

During an emergency, swimmers must clear
the pool and move to an area designated by the lifeguard on duty, until
the lifeguard on duty authorizes return to the pool.

The Club is not responsible for items
stolen or misplaced.

Do not talk to the lifeguard
unnecessarily. The guards are on duty for your protection.

Appropriate attire is required in the
clubhouse. No swimsuits, tank tops, or spaghetti straps are allowed inside
of the building.

Persons with skin disorders or other
infections must not enter the pool. Pool personnel should be advised if
swimmers are under medication.

Inflatable toys and other pool toys will
be allowed at the discretion of the pool director and the lifeguard on
duty.
