Tennis at Picacho Hills

Whether you are visiting Las Cruces, planning on moving here, or live in our beautiful city, if you are a tennis player, Picacho Hills Country Club is the place to be. We have six lighted hard courts, certified professionals and numerous programs for all ages and levels. With our year round beautiful weather, tennis never stops here. All of our members are friendly folks making it extremely easy to find players and groups to join. After play, enjoy the camaraderie on the tennis deck or in the tennis "office" or head on over to the clubhouse for an incredible lunch or dinner.

Tennis Programs, Events & Tournaments

The Picacho Hills Tennis staff strives to produce events that have proved enjoyable and successful in the past and also offer new opportunities for participation. There are a ton of Super Set tournaments for all ages and levels - these are one day round robin tournaments that take about three hours. Annually there are numerous "new" events to choose from. Each year we have our traditional sanctioned Junior Tournament in November and the ongoing Club Championships beginning in November as well. New this year is a sanctioned Age Division Mixed Doubles tournament in February and the Malooly's A-B-C tournament in May.  The true heart of the entire tennis program at Picacho Hills Country Club lies in the numerous opportunities we offer for our members. This is such a great place to play and very comfortable for all. It's just about perfect!
